If you are looking to search the Minneapolis St Paul Metro Area MLS, you’ve arrived at the best site to do it!  Although this is not the true Multiple Listing Service that Realtor’s use, all of the Minneapolis & St Paul listings are fed to this site through a broker reciprocity agreement.

Read though this entire tutorial to get some tips and tricks for navigating the site!

Step 1) Click on the “Map Search” button above.  The map will start out with a focus on Twin Cities south metro communities, but you can move the map to search listings in Minneapolis, St. Paul, or even Duluth!!

Step 2) Click on the city you are interested in, and input any additional criteria you may have such as price, bedrooms, baths, or lot size

Step 3) Your results will show as icons on the map to the right, and there will also be a list view on the left.  You can revise your search criteria by clicking the “Search” button.

Step 4) Click on the icons on the map for full details on each property.  You can click “Next” to scroll through the detail listings for each property meeting your criteria.  If you click on “Maps”, you will see a  Bird’s Eye View, Google Street view, and Google Map for each property.

Step 5) After you tweak your home search to meet your criteria, click “Save this search” to be notified daily of new listings and price changes.  This will eliminate having to comb through listings every day looking for the new homes!

Step 6) When you find a home you would like to visit in person, click either “Schedule a Showing” or “Contact Us”.  One of our team members will be in touch with you very quickly!
